How to use the chart

  • Find your recipe's temperature or gas mark on the left. If the recipe gives a fan oven temperature, read the fan column instead.
  • Find the oven cooking time in the second table for the air fryer time.
  • Shake or turn the food halfway, and start checking a few minutes before the end. Air fryers vary, so the first time you cook something, keep an eye on it.

The chart assumes a medium basket load. For a light or heavy basket, a particular food or your fryer's size, use the converter, or see how the numbers are worked out.
